Multiple Sclerosis is an inflammatory disease of the brain, optic nerve, and spinal cord mediated by the immune system (likely autoimmune). The inflammatory “attacks” cause scarring to the covering of the nerve (myelin) that is responsible to helping to transmit messages from the brain to the body. More than 2 million people are affected worldwide.

Common symptoms of MS include:
