graduated with a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from Texas Woman’s University in 2001. Tonya worked in a variety of settings after graduation including skilled nursing, home health, private practice and within larger hospital systems. Her work focused on neurological outpatient care treating patients with diagnoses such as Multiple Sclerosis, stroke, spinal cord injury, and Traumatic Brain Injury. In 2006, Tonya began specializing in brain injury, dizziness, and balance disorders. She currently holds competencies in Vestibular Rehabilitation and Cervicogenic Dizziness and also has extensive training in treating visual issues related to head injury. In addition to being a clinician, Tonya teaches continuing education to other professionals in the areas of vestibular rehabilitation, concussion, visual dysfunction, brain injury, and MS.

graduated with a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Regis University. Prior to his clinical doctorate, Andrew received a Bachelor’s Degree in Cognitive Neuroscience, which drove his interest in treating neurological populations. Andrew has worked at Craig Hospital with spinal cord injury and brain injury, as well as other settings during his clinical rotations in orthopedics and neurological rehabilitation. Andrew holds a certification in Vestibular Rehabilitation and Concussion through the American Institute of Balance. He also has a certification in functional dry needling.

holds an Associate’s Degree in Business Management and has worked for over 20 years in the medical field. Her positions have included medical biller and coder, and collections for DME companies. In her spare time, Gidget loves to cook and binge watch movies.
